The China-Kazakhstan Horgos International Border Cooperation Center is the first cross-border cooperation zone established between China and other countries and the world's first cross-border free trade zone. Located on the border between China and Kazakhstan, it allows citizens from home and abroad to enter and exit the center using valid documents. China UnionPay promotes Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan to settle in the cooperation center and encourages Kazakh tourists visiting China to apply for UnionPay international cards.
