Since October, China Southern Air Logistics Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "China Southern Air Logistics") has transported over 270 tons of Xinjiang's mutton, mainly to Guangzhou City, Chengdu City, Shenzhen City, Hangzhou City, and other cities, with Guangzhou accounting for more than 70 percent of the total transported mutton.

The unique natural environment of China's Xinjiang has nurtured mutton with a distinctive flavor and rich nutritional value, making it a delicacy that remains unforgettable in the hearts of people across the country. According to Liu Lilan, a staff member of the Xinjiang Branch of China Southern Air Logistics, since the weather turned cooler in October, the demand for Xinjiang's mutton has increased significantly across the country, with the Guangzhou market accounting for the highest share.

To ensure the freshness and transportation efficiency of the mutton during transport, China Southern Air Logistics leverages the advantages of its city cargo terminals to provide full-process services from ground to air. By completing procedures such as booking, acceptance inspection, and documentation originally required at the airport in advance at the city cargo terminals, it significantly shortens the processing time for mutton at the airport. Additionally, for products requiring special temperature control, such as mutton, China Southern Air Logistics implements special measures such as rapid acceptance and priority loading, with dedicated personnel tracking and ensuring the entire process so that the mutton arrives at consumers' tables in its original taste and texture.

Through its developed transportation network, China Southern Air Logistics has built an "air bridge" connecting Xinjiang's mutton and other specialty agricultural products to the rest of the country. This bridge not only broadens the sales channels for local mutton, helping farmers increase production and income, but also brings the culinary experience of Xinjiang to consumers across the country.
