On March 21, 2025, the ice and snow at the Ulungur Lake National Wetland Park in Fuhai County, Altay Prefecture, northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, began to melt. Flocks of migratory birds arrived here. Some of them soared in the sky, and others foraged on the water, presenting a vibrant view of spring.
