At 18:00 p.m. on March 31, a delegation from Inner Mongolia Dongxing Energy Co., Ltd. went to Khovd Province of Mongolia for investigation and completed all customs clearance procedures in only five minutes at Takixken Port. The efficient customs clearance process has led the company to praise the convenient customs clearance environment and excellent inspection efficiency at the port. Zhou Jianyi, chairman of the company, said: "The border inspection work is orderly, the policy is getting better and better, which provides us with a lot of convenience, and the customs clearance is fast and smooth."

This year, the trade development at the Takixken Port has achieved a new breakthrough. On March 10, a batch of 800 tons of automotive diesel was exported from Takixken Port to Mongolia by road transport, which is the first export of automotive diesel in Xinjiang in 2022, after three years. Nowadays, from machinery and equipment, building materials to food and energy, import and export goods are increasingly diversified, injecting new vitality into the deepening of China-Mongolia trade cooperation.

Wang Xinzhong, dispatcher of Xinjiang Oilfield Transportation branch of PetroChina Kunlun Logistics Co., Ltd., said, "We have successfully exported 800 tons of oil since oil transportation restarted on March 10. Three cars crossed the border in less than 10 minutes today. In April, we plan to increase the volume to 3,500 tons, making oil exports a new highlight and regular trade item at Takixken Port."

In response to the trend of rapid increase in passenger flow, the Takixken Entry-exit Border Inspection Station has introduced advanced inspection equipment and implemented a risk prediction mechanism, which has greatly improved the inspection efficiency. At the same time, by relying on the intelligent inspection system and leveraging big data and artificial intelligence technology, the station has achieved accurate identification and rapid verification of passengers.
