Shiliuyun-Xinjiang Daily (Reporter Li Rui) news: On the evening of April 9, 2025, the musical “Where is Alamuhan?” was staged at the Urumqi Theatre as part of the excellent stage performance showcase of the 3rd Xinjiang Culture and Art Festival.

This musical is not only a feast for the eyes and ears but also an immersive experience of Xinjiang’s culture. Inspired by the classic folk song “Alamuhan,” the musical tells the story of a young couple who overcome numerous difficulties in their pursuit of a happy love through four chapters titled “First Encounter,” “Escape from Marriage,” “Search,” and “Reunion.” The brilliant performance attracted many locals to watch.
