Aybota Yerjuma, a student from Horgos Vocational High School, showed her new Kazakh friend, Tolhanay Nurbulat, how to master the technique. When the cutting got tricky, Aybota steadied the paper for Tolhanay, and soon, they completed a delicate bee-shaped design.
Tolhanay shared that it was her first trip to China, and she was thrilled to make a friend her age here. She added that this event also introduced her to the beautiful city of Horgos, and they would definitely stay in touch to keep their cross-border friendship strong.
