From March 27 to April 1, 2024, a delegation from Arab countries arrived in China's Xinjiang, and visited its Urumqi City, Kashi City, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture and Turpan City. During their stay in Xinjiang, the delegation team visited several places in Xinjiang to learn about Xinjiang's new progress in economic development, cultural inheritance and human rights protection.

Palestinian party official Ratebeh Abu Ghosh said that they saw a lot of efforts the government made to give the regional group its right to have their prayers and education in their religion. "What I witnessed here is something different, we saw that people living in peace here," said Ratebeh Abu Ghosh, "The government is doing a very good effort to develop this area."
